Packaging was very protective; this is a major concern for me as during the past few months I have received damaged items which were damaged due to inadequate packaging. The items were wrapped in bubble wrap and then surrounded by packaging popcorn in a sturdy box. Very nice, basic Lexus leather key fob.

Perfect fit, and restores a factory like-new ride and handling.
These fit perfectly, and restores a like-new factory ride. It's an expensive solution compared to aftermarket parts, but you still save probably 50% compared to having the Lexus dealer do it. Removal of the spring from the old strut to reuse on the new one is tricky and the most time consuming part of the job, but at least the new strut itself is a perfect fit. It's too bad you can't get a loaded strut that is unique to the RX350. It would save a lot of time if you could, but though the strut is the same as the Highlander, the RX spring is different, and the loaded strut companies offer one part for both applications.
