Just a rubber washer!
Not an oil seal. No metal case. No inner spring. No sealing lip.

13T sprocket not included
The listing claims 9T and 13T sprockets are included, but mine only came with the 9T and I was expecting to use the 13T. Otherwise it seems ok for the money.
