Hi..when my 1st package was delivered it got stolen as it was left on the ground floor of my 6 floor block of flats. Btw I'm on the 3rd floor. But because the lift had broken he couldn't be bothered to walk up the stairs and was left in between the wall and some pipes. So when I contacted Seventhstitch they were helpful and apologetic and reassured me that they would re-send my package which they did. True to their word my package was delivered and happy with my bedding. Thank you Seventhstitch.

Received the product very quickly after ordering. We had a bit of an issue as there was only one pillow case in the package when there should have been 2 (super king size). I contacted the seller and they very quickly resolved the issue for me by sending out a replacement set which arrived 2 days after my initial contact with them. Excellent service and I we’ll definitely use them again.

I have purchased from this seller previously. Once again a fantastic super king duvet cover and pillow cases set . Remarkable price and wash and wear super well. My only disappointment was the delivery person left the package on the doorstep and had driven off prior to me opening the door. Had I not been in the parcel could have been easily taken, but that's NOT the sellers fault, whom I would recommend as selling great bedding sets. I will be ordering again myself.
