Just what I wanted
I wanted white smooth parchment paper and this was just right. I use it when making waxed food wraps using an iron so can see just how the wax is spreading underneath the paper.

Good idea but not successful!
A few more instructions on a separate sheet explaining the separate parts of the protector and how to apply would have been useful. Fortunately I had applied screen protectors on other products so knew that there was a front, back and middle - the middle section being the one which was the actual screen protector. There were tabs labelled back and front and a note on each one 'to remove'. Even so the protector, being so small, was difficult to apply smoothly so the finished result had an air bubble. Dust also collected round the edges. After one day I removed the protector. It was then I discovered that there was also a protector over the finger button - this was more difficult to remove as that piece had adhered really well but leaving it in place made the display reaction sluggish. I shall not use the second protector in the pack. It was a good idea but definitely not a success for me.

Good tool for my hobby
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to use as a hot craft tray for encaustic art mainly because it had an adjustable thermostat and was inexpensive. I balance a heavy metal oven tray on top and use the lowest setting to melt my craft waxes. It works fairly well though I think the thermostat has a mind of its own! On the whole I am pleased with it as a craft tool and think it is very good value. I have not used it for food grilling but think it would work very well as it is designed for cooking.
