The description of the sewing machine was very accurate and it works great. The packing was EXCELLENT and shipped very timely. Great communication! The seller had great communication and the serger that I purchased was perfectly packed and arrived before scheduled.  instructions were included of how to put back the machine together for the items that were removed for packing.

Packaging provided very safe arrival-was difficult to remove it was so secure! Machine was as advertised. It will be a very nice replacement for my almost same machine I wore out during the early COVID shut down. : )

Non replaceable plastic parts
1 of 3 found this helpful While outward appearances would indicate this is a well made sewing machine the inside tells a different story, sever key parts of this machine are made of white plastic, Gears and linkages that are no longer available and once they fail render the machine nothing but a parts machine, I would not recommend purchasing one of these machines unless you want it just for display
