I have tried to make a complaint via ebay who put me onto some company to sort it out (Called Howly) who showed me how to lodge a complaint via the ebay website EBay said I would be charged £1.00 for this service since I found it was £24.00 and was put onto a rolling monthly account which I have now declined. So far ebay have not upheld my complaint that the Watering Can described as NEW condition as arrived damaged

Enjoyable, life in a by-gone age
Enjoyable book, I wanted to read this after the bbc series and it did not disappoint. Now on the next Nancy Mitford book.
