She sent me an extremely misshapen dress, tried to convince me that it’s “supposed to look like that” (when it’s clearly messed up,) insisted there was nothing wrong with it (when there clearly is), insisted it looked just like the photos she posted (it doesn’t look anything like them), refused to reimburse me for return shipping, and is now ignoring my messages. The return was accepted and refund issues even though the item was perfectly fine and then successfully purchased by another customer.

Love it!
Absolutely fantastic! Just solved the case 4 out of 10. Once you’re at the case, you can’t think of anything else. We are taking 1 case a day. So entertaining!
