Works great and easy to install.

Good replacement!
It is slightly different from original (one screw mounting on new unit, two screw mounting on old unit), but it is same length and seems to work OK.

Loaded software on my new laptop, works ...
Loaded software on my new laptop, works great. Had 2 other computers with Office 2007, so all 3 can now use same software.
