good product

OK - good value
I wouldn't say it was better than expected. I does the job I want it to. We had trouble installing it and needed to contact McAfee, who sorted it out for us.

Good as new
Product arrived in good time and was in it's original packaging etc. It is actually quite small (which is good), we were hoping so as no sizes were on the description but the remote seemed huge compared with the box in the picture. It is fairly easy to use and the set-up was at a press of a button (as it should be). A negative would be that the box does not show it is recording - you would need to turn on the tv and press the "guide" or the "library" button on the remote to confirm.
