Contacted the buyer and was met with excuses rather than any sort of genuine apology. I'll let the attached picture do the talking. Would personally avoid if you want items wrapped to even the bare minimum standard not just thrown into a box and taped up. A little tip, packaging materials can be found for free in the skips of any local industrial estate.

Quality L Bracket for your Canon 7d Mark 2
This is a fantastic piece of kit and fits perfectly onto your camera. It is well engineered and comes in a protective sleeve, inside it's packaging.
Some people might think it's a little expensive for 'a piece of metal', but as an engineer I can see what you're actually paying for. It's a brilliant design and made from the finest material, and when you think how much you pay for other camera accessories such as filters and lenses, it's well worth the money!

Sikaflex 221 Black Motorhome Sealant
1 of 1 found this helpful I used this sealant recently when repairing a leak on one of my Motorhome windows, which required me to replace a rubber frame to wall panel seal and bed the frame onto a 10 mm bead, of really good quality 'non-hardening' sealant. This product had been recommended on a number of Motorhome forums, as being the type to use and so rather than skimp on a cheaper brand, I decided to take their advice and use this product.
I must admit that it is worth the extra and you can tell it's really good quality sealant, which is applied using a standard sealant gun. I would certainly recommend this product and should any of my other windows leak, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.
