Si-Fi movie

Char-Broil Simple Smoker
1 of 1 found this helpful I like this product very much. So far I have cooked 2 briskets, and a rack of baby back ribs. Everything has come out tender, moist and with a nice smoky flavor. I really like the smart technology. Other than keeping it stocked with wood chips, all you have to do is set it and keep your cell phone handy. It tells you the internal temp of the item being cooked, and let's you know when it's done. I'm looking forward to cooking on this for years to come.
