rev up compressed audio
The best sounding audio I have ever heard in a portable device. what it does to mp3 files is fantastic.

MXL CR20 great mic for the price
For the price.I paid it is great. I have never used or heard a tube mic before so I do not know if the tube emulation is close. but I like the way it sounds for my vocalist.I am doing a album with a Tascam DP 008ex I have to other MXL mics the 1006 and 2010 but the last to recordings I have used the CR 20 it has a smooth sound with the tube setting still crisp but not harsh.if you do not have a lot money get one before they are gone.I am getting great recordings with low cost gear.the MXL CR 20 sounds better than it,s price would indicate.

Old School Classic Recording
Yes it's dated but it still has important basic recording info plus low budget soundproofing. I had the 1st edition years and lost it. glad to get this edition
