Buckingham Nicks "available" at last

A great digital presentation of this long OOP classic. The bonus tracks only add to its appeal. Would like to see a wider release, but given that's not likely to happen anytime soon, I'd heartily recommend picking up a copy of this sounds-so-good-I-cannot-believe-it's-a-needle-drop CD.

Crunchtime Property

This item is a concise overview of Property law concepts useful in preparing for state bar exams. I particularly like how well organized it is; each topic flows well from the one before and the outline is easy to follow. I purchased it because I am currently enrolled in a class which requires it; however, I expect this will be a good reference even after sitting for the bar.
