  My order arrived in good quality as seen in pictures, seller was nice enough to even throw in a spare weapon to replace a noticeable broken off hand. There were two notable issues though. Packing a box with shredded paper is rather messy and not the best method for small miniatures. They forget a model in my order, but were quick to respond and get it all sorted. Overall, a neutral experience and it’s hard to be upset over such a good deal and kind customer service.

  This guy was very easy to work with... I have been selling minis for over 20+ years and eBay recommends (among other things) "shredded paper"; I have found that with minis, individually wrapping in bubble wrap and then putting the models in a sealed baggie, placed inside the box with shredded newspaper is the best way to protect them. Yes, there was an oversight with one mini, and it was quickly identified and shipped out to the buyer at no cost. All is well! :D

  This guy is absolutely amazing. He worked with me kept me involved every step of the way! Packaging was superb everything arrived intact! And the models look amazing pictures don't do them justice!   Quickly shipped with excellent packaging! Models bubble-wrapped and box filled with shredded newspaper. A single arm fell off at the join on each, but that's to be expected when transporting multi-part models no matter how well you protect them, even in GW official carry cases. They look great in person, exactly as pictured, and I would definitely purchase more of this quality work in this price range.
