  My order arrived in good quality as seen in pictures, seller was nice enough to even throw in a spare weapon to replace a noticeable broken off hand. There were two notable issues though. Packing a box with shredded paper is rather messy and not the best method for small miniatures. They forget a model in my order, but were quick to respond and get it all sorted. Overall, a neutral experience and it’s hard to be upset over such a good deal and kind customer service.

  This guy was very easy to work with... I have been selling minis for over 20+ years and eBay recommends (among other things) "shredded paper"; I have found that with minis, individually wrapping in bubble wrap and then putting the models in a sealed baggie, placed inside the box with shredded newspaper is the best way to protect them. Yes, there was an oversight with one mini, and it was quickly identified and shipped out to the buyer at no cost. All is well! :D
