  The iPhone arrived quickly and well-packaged but was not as described - it was scuffed/scratched on each corner, not “excellent condition”. I initially left neutral feedback because of this, but the seller actually apologised for their error and offered a partial refund of £30, which I accepted. I’m happy with this as rectifying the situation so I’m happy to change my feedback to positive.

I would have happily issued a full refund, but I am pleased we were able to resolve this quickly with a partial refund.
