Opinions of a rookie guitar player.
1 of 1 found this helpful The book's fine and it taught me the importance of placing the thumb correctly, I liked that, so my opinion is positive, but now I need something a little more comprehensive. Being a fan of folk songs especially rollicking foot taping fun music, I personally would like to see some kind of tuition that would combine increasing levels of instruction WITHIN popular music. In other words if you are ENJOYING the instructions as you play it, learning's now a pleasure instead of a chore!. So perhaps there's a book out there printed with this in mind?. Anyway, a worthwhile buy, in my opinion. Bill in Erskine.
