First Impression
Hello to all.
Bought that camera one moth ago, still have a roll of film inside and i can say by the look and feel of it, it doesnt look as cheap and fragile as many people have mentioned.
It looks even more robust than my nikon D5100 which is entirely plastic.
It has some issues with the self timer (sometimes it stps and you need to press the timer button once more) but yeah its an old camera that probably didnt have any maintenance service. the shutter works fine, loading film is as easy as it can get (we kids have been spoilt by please-spoon-feed-me type of cameras that some of us can find it a hassle to load film into that retro camera.
As the viewfinder is concerned, its pretty hard to get tack sharp focus yeah but thats a camera that you take your time to take a shot. (As you stop down the lens, the viewfinder becomes darker and as such, is harder to focus. you need to focus wide open then stop down if you need to)
It came with the industar 50-2 lens which is pretty basic.
But overall the build quality is decent. Cant find anything hanging loose. its heavy and you might kill an elephant if you hit that thing with it).
