  I have ordered this item 2 weeks ago and only received it today. Apart from the delay it also arrived damaged. The lid is broken with a hole and almost ripped off and so can’t be closed anymore. When I contacted the seller they responded extremely aggressively just saying it’s not their fault it took this long to arrive. And regarding the damage they did not apologise at all but instead told me about how many orders they have send out before and how nobody has ever complained. Rude!

  Explained to buyer that unfortunately once the item is posted out I can’t be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times.I have posted numerous toiletry items and none have got damaged due to me wrapping my items so heavily,so much so that some buyers have mentioned about my wrapping.I never replied aggressively but merely mentioned the above about Royal Mail delivery etc.I do not believe this item got damaged in transit due to it being double wrapped AND also boxed!!
