Menoherb blackcohosh,can’t do with out it! It’s brilliant.
Seriously lesson your symptoms,personally mine were getting bad in terms of not sleeping cos of the sweats and hot flushes.They are still there but so not so bad! My moods are better and my general focus is better,was a little disoriented a times! It’s a big thumbs up for me ( hubby too).
