definitely reboxed but workable.
Everything worked but the power on button and the volume up buttons have been damaged so they are flush with the headphone. as such they are a bit touch and go as to if they work first time. Headphones seem somewhat quieter than the ones they were replacing. (same make/model) Having said all that, they are comfy and sound quality is good. pity about reliability on the buttons is all.
