Lots of uses for my favorite nut!
A lovely little book (90 pages plus index) full of great ways to use pecans, plus great information about pecans (how they got their name, where they grow, etc). The recipes require few ingredients and include appetizers, entrees, salads and desserts. Would definitely buy the book again!

Lovely selection of recipes, some from famous Arizonans, lots from historic Arizona places. Delighted with the book!
