Sturdy, stylish protection
Feels good in the hand, not like the naked phone of course but it's a bumper case so the phone is well protected. It's stylish and unisex too. If you have one of the coloured s9 phones you can see the colour through the case.

Everything you need
It doesn't matter if you actually want to compete as a bodybuilder (I don't π
or is that 'can't'...) if you're interested in changing your body shape by lifting weights correctly this is the only book you'll need. Hours of Instagram scrolling will be cut out by the detailed, factual and interesting content in this book. If you want to work towards achieving a better body, who better to model yourself on than Arnold Schwarzenegger? It's not just one style of training either, Arnold offers several ways to train. Use this in addition to watching some interviews of his and you'll soon be hooked and developing your own workouts to challenge yourselves - or just follow his! Well worth it - I'll never need another workout book again. If this book wears out, I'll replace it with another copy.
