Try something better
It’s not that what I expected. I have tried other vitamins B they are good ones and effective. But this doesn’t worth buying it. Do not recommend.

Seems OK
This is ok but capsules or powder is better than this. I have tried other brand and consumed a lot so can tell the difference.
