Newbie woodworkers beware
I bought the natural colour. First off - the filler dries to a completely different colour – almost a window putty colour, nothing natural about it. It would help if Rustins put a label of the final dried colour for reference. I should have tested it beforehand - newbie mistake. Once mixed with spirits for the right consistency you can apply it reasonably well. It works very well in filling pores. The next problem - it's not great at taking stain, that might be the case for other brands too. But sands well and doesn't fall out. Experimentation required before applying to live projects. Can't compare it to other brands, so assume it's of reasonable quality. Larger tin would be helpful. If you have a large area to treat, consider if this will be enough before application.

Good replacement
A very good replacement for the original VW badges. You can't tell the difference once they are applied to the alloys. Reinforced the sticky back with a blob of sealant for a secure fit.
