More noise from this item compared to my...

More noise from this item compared to my previous D/A (Steinberg) which means I have to upgrade my cables, but latency is excellent. The 4th Gen Scarlett reintroduced physical buttons to select the preamp levels, which I now see is preferable to the 3rd Gen, where the levels are only selectable via the software. Only a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme.
