Practice makes perfect.
The device is solid but light, smaller than imagined and the kit packs neatly. The Sand colour is discrete. As Shewee suggest, do start where 'mishaps' can be managed (i.e. in the shower). It took me several attempts but once I got used to it and found 'the right technique' for me, it worked well. I have not had to use it in a real situation yet, but do feel comfortable that I would be OK. But I do recommend taking the time to practice.
