Not worth it

Cons - the cards tabs are too weak to support the balloon and balloon bag so when you pull the pull cord to tear the bag along the perforated seam the card board tabs pull away so the balloons won't drop. There is too much effort required to pull the perforated seam apart, it rips rather than a clean tear so that you have to put more effort which then results in the tabs coming away as above. Pros - It is a nice big bag that you can use to just put the balloons in as a contingency for above and then empty the balloons out by hand.
