Miss Kay Duck Commander Cookbook
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this cookbook looking for good southern cooking. I love to cook myself, but tired of the same ole thing. I tried a few recipes so far (Phil's crawfish etouffee chocolate pecan cookies, jalapeño cornbread n fresh strawberry pie), and they all were delicious. I can't wait to try the rest. I bought both of her cookbooks. They're worth the money. Being from Louisiana this is a good representation of our Cajun cooking. It would make a great gift for someone who wants to cook. Simple and easy to follow recipes. No tricky or rare ingredients. Just common everyday used ingredients that blends well together. It's worth the money. Buy it.
