Easy to use
I need to lose weight and inprove my fitness, this I think will do the trick
You can do as much or little and it’s as easy/ hard as each person using it.
I’m 69 years old although there is initial cost it can be shared by as many people as you like sharing the cost.

Helpful hands
This is ideal for arthritic hands, neck problems etc, altered at ease to suit any needs, I’ve had one for a couple of years and bought this for a friend. I would recommend to anyone as a gift, good competitive price.
