    🛑 Really disappointed. The laptop arrived in a dangerous condition with a severely swollen battery. This posed a serious safety risk to me and others, and I was unable to return it because it was unsafe to ship. A technician confirmed the swollen battery had also damaged the touchpad buttons. This kind of issue doesn’t go unnoticed and I believe the seller was fully aware but chose to hide it. I had to escalate the case to eBay due to the seriousness of the situation. Totally unacceptable ⛔️

    I'm really sorry that this laptop battery malfunctioned after it arrived. As I hope you were reassured in our messages and offer to help fix or safely return this with the help of a local repair shop, this is something we take great care to test and avoid and absolutely isn't something we would hide in the rare cases they fail after leaving us. We hope everything is now resolved to your satisfaction.
