I have constantly cold hands and they are super. I wear them all the time.

Suet Balls
the birds love them. Just wish the starlings weren't as keen on them, and the seagulls jump up to nibble at them as well. No exotic birds though. Just pigeons, starling, seagulls.
I break some up in a corner for my wee birds robins, blackies and other little birds.
