Stop the pigeon!

I wanted something to keep the fat greedy pigeons from nicking all the bird seed. It certainly does the trick, the pigeons can't get in, no matter how hard they try and the smaller birds can get through the gaps easily enough, including the blackbirds. They're a bit wary of it mind. Its taken them a little while to get used to stepping inside, although I have seen quite a few now, blackbirds included. I took the chains off because they weren't really doing anything and I thought they might be scaring off the little birds, reflecting off the sun like they do. Over all l'm very happy with it, its good and sturdy and should last years and years. I'm off to put some bread out for the pigeons now, can't help but feel sorry for them!

My uncle was treated by this doctor and he had nothing but the highest praise for him. Watching this film I can see why. A beautiful and heart warming film, brilliantly acted and one of my favourites.

The best Lenten study book I've ever read

I have been reading this book every year during Lent for the past few years, and every time it comes across as fresh and inspiring. I would recommend it to anyone who is prepared to be challenged in a new and thought-provoking way by the teachings and person of Jesus. I can't recommend it highly enough.
