boys from the black stuff

I've been after this for some time. I was living in Liverpool throughout the time that this series was made and shown on TV. It shows a very black and grim side to working (or none working)life in Liverpool. I wanted it so I could remind myself of what life was like then before computers, mobile phones and holidays oversea's.It shows the very worst of life then, but pulls it back round with humour. The collection is perfect and top quality. And as an added bonus has the original pilot film in with the collection.

Good quality, at a good price..

Very modern with a vintage twist. Very bright with no obstruction to the shade. Best of all , bulb change is so easy. No screws or faffing about.. Seriously cheaper than the high street and the same quality.

Annoying, challenging, powerful but fulfilling..

Until now I'd not heard of it. It's so far outside my usual entertainment band. But is one of the most powerful films I've ever seen, showing the deep struggles of the youth of today and how a teacher with some imagination , against the odds can find good in anyone, and get results..
