  This Marantz Amp never came, been around 4 weeks now seller is trying to sort out it was last seen at Leeds but Royal mail now says its been lost ed so at this moment in time I am very disappointed and also £220 down, Regards Graham.

  As the buyer points out Royal Mail has lost it and are investigating. Very disappointing. I advised buyer, to ask for a full refund from myself via ebay(the only way to do it). This has indeed been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. Unfair to leave negative feedback when this is totally out with my control. Look at my feedback over the years and you can clearly see what type of ebayer I am. I'm sure everyone has seen how Royal Mail behaves and treats staff and customers alike!
