Seriously bad design
1 of 2 found this helpful Seriously hope you never need to replace the battery. A REAL NIGHTMARE! It has a special indent in the back side and you'll scratch your head how on earth can you open that. Why was that design necessary? Unbelievably dreadful decision! We're sitting on this for 10 minutes now and can not open it. This is ridiculous! People say you can use a coin - well... you'll scratch the hole thing up but it's so tight it wont open - it's just ridiculous...
