No longer good after 3 weeks

Received the watch and it was beautiful to look at, gave it to my partner on valentine's but as the time has gone on the blackness off the watch has come off, I bought the black strap with the gold face and now it looks more like a sliver watch with a gold face.. the watch doesn't look the same high quality anymore after 3 weeks.. also the strap has become loose on one side ...
