  The seller agreed to refund the shipping fee but then changed their mind and cancelled my paid order. The seller ended up selling to a new buyer as they automatically cancelled and relisted the item without waiting for me to reply and reorder. My daughter had been looking forward to this Christmas gift. I couldn't find a similar Conservatory and she was very disappointed. The seller made it confusing that it led to a bad experience and ruined our happy holiday.
