  Seller both undercharged and underpaid postage, sending a thick small parcel as "large letter", resulting in a £3.50 Royal Mail surcharge for me (in addition to the postage I'd already paid) and more than doubling the overall cost of the item. I politely provided evidence. No response to this after 3 weeks, not even an apology.
