  Despite the sellers excellent packaging (the best I've ever seen) the courier managed to break the TV. I found the seller easy to communicate with, responded quickly, went to a lot of effort and we reached a mutually acceptable agreement. Every seller will experience a problem at some point. How they deal with it is the difference between the good and bad. I found this seller to be one of the good ones and I would use again.
