Great book for beginners 'thinking' of making a change
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is great for anyone thinking of making a life change to healthier foods and healthier mental thinking. It provides information about the chemicals in our foods today and ways to 'slowly' and 'gently' change to a vegetarian lifestyle. I'm still reading the book and the author is direct, frank, and has a sense of humor too. There are also recipes towards the end of the book. It is truly an all-in-one 'information' book on the perspective of healthy eating and healthy living. This is very much worth the money I spent and feel I will get more out of it then other brand new expensive books I could have bought.

action packed
Love this movie. Great amount of action and comedy, actors carry their own, not bad shots/scenes with the shark. I have watched the move several times already. Enjoy.
