Does what it says !!
A great product to increase and balance off your gut bacteria. This can help in many ways to improve your overall well being and vitality.
Have and do recommend it to any of my clients starting weight reduction with keeping fit , go hand in hand. Safe to use occasionally or on-going.

3 of 3 found this helpful "It does what it say's on the box" I have known about the benefits of having good bacteria for a longtime and have tried a few along the way. This is by far the best out there. I have proof that it works for me. Having been on it, gone off it, to see the difference and then return to taking it.
In my line of work, I have recommended it to people to try as an aid to a better understanding of their wellness and healthier lifestyles.
I believe a reduction in price would enable more people to try it, as it's about education.
Nothing better for publicity than "word of mouth'.
