  Arrived minus fastener also very brassy in colour returned for a refund sadly though the seller refused to send me a return label and said l shouldn't order if ld not liked items. Ebay had to step in and issue my full refund. Very poor copies. and very poor customer service.

  A discourteous and disruptive individual purchased items collectively and asserted that the items were not in satisfactory condition. She returned the items in an unacceptable state, significantly damaged. I issued a complete refund for each item; however, she remained dissatisfied and subsequently left three negative feedback remarks. I no longer wish to engage with her.

  Be very careful when buyin. The seller has described the exact model of the item (Video Baby Monitor) but when I received it, it was a completely different and much older model. Years older with far worse characteristics. When contacted the seller the answer was that she randomly described the model number as it looked similar to the one she was selling.

  Dear Buyer, Before you finalized your payment for the order, I provided you with pictures and videos of the monitor, along with all necessary details for your consideration. At that time, you expressed satisfaction with the information provided. However, I am unclear as to why your perspective has changed after receiving the item. If you had any concerns, you could have requested a return. You are aware of the circumstances, yet you chose to leave negative feedback. pretty confusion 🙂
