It is as addictive as Dr Thackery is addicted to his drugs!
This Series is intelligent, very interesting and five star acting. Clive Owen is amazing as Dr Thackery, a Dr who has serious drug addictions. One can really see set in the 1900's how the medical profession became what it is now. It shows realistically how life was back then and the challenges people faced in that era. It is very addictive viewing, definately for mature audience as it is graphic. Not for the squeemish either. Brilliant acting, stunning visually and intelligent!
