Seller sent item as a large letter instead of small package and the Royal Mail charged me a further £3.50 to receive the package. When I asked for the £3.50 from the seller as they sent it incorrectly, they told me that I was getting the item cheap anyway and refused to pay. Really poor from the seller who was at fault in this situation and put the cost of that fault on the buyer. Next time send your items properly instead of putting the extra costs on the buyer. EBay have been contacted.
