Product as advertised, shipping time not
The product itself is great. I waited almost 4 weeks to receive it, however. IT projects are time-sensitive in most cases and this took painfully too long to receive. There was no communication or shipping updates either which made it much more frustrating. I couldn't plan anything and I didn't cancel the order because I was sure it would come any day. Well, it finally did come.. just 30 days later than I thought.
