  Item listing showed three other accessory items that ended up not being sent with the main item. I was told the main item "should have gone for a lot more money" and that "these things happen" and then the accessories "were lost". Disappointing way to do business. That's like buying a car and then you are told the tyres and windows are not included! I was offered a full refund if I returned the parcel, but why do that when the main item was perfect.
