Life changing way to think about food
1 of 1 found this helpful If you are a food addict - you just can’t stop eating junk food- this book is for you. This is the why- why your brain fails you on other diets. This is a way of life, not another quick fix diet. Many many people have gotten off medications and gotten so healthy by using this program. The book is the beginning, there is a whole support group, checklists, boot camp, however deep you want to go to save your life! ❤️

Positive Reinforcement Works
1 of 1 found this helpful I have not trained a puppy since 1994, things have changed! This book had some great ideas examples and pictures. Some of it is complicated or difficult to do. This trainer is a stay at home person, I don’t have time to hand feed every meal of kibble. It’s hard to retrain old habits, like only use the dogs name for good, not when they are doing something bad. So got a good start w puppy but will be going to a live trainer to help train me.
