Arrived Broken

The product arrived with wings, hands and sleeves off. Being loose they chipped each other. The product is one of only a few pieces that are placed face down in the packing with wings going up through holes in foam. If it had been put in its box properly it should have arrived with little to no issues. I understand older pieces are harder to ship but more care needs to be taken in packing.
