Legs of stool are attached to seat with ...

Legs of stool are attached to seat with screws, within days of using the stool the legs became wobbly, I tightened the screws again with the Allen key provided, but after a few days the legs became wobbly AGAIN!! This stool is on its way to Salvation Army collection point with note attached of the problem.
